TelevisaUnivision-owned television network TUDN will show live matches from the Copa América Femenina, after securing exclusive Spanish-language rights for the 2022 tournament. TUDN will also stream Copa América Femenina matches on its digital platforms.
TelevisaUnivision holds the domestic Spanish-language rights to the MLS in USA. The broadcaster’s coverage of the league includes live telecasts of select matches on its linear networks, including UniMás, TUDN, and flagship channel Univision. Live MLS games on the networks are available in high definition (HD), and auxiliary programming is offered to complement the match airings.
Univision owns the Spanish-language broadcast rights of the Mexican Primera Division (LigaMX) in the USA for 17 of the 18 Liga MX teams. The Liga MX matches are shown across the various channels on the Univision Network as well on it's digital platform: TUDN En Vivo, Univision Now and their Facebook page. Recently, Univision added to their already dominant portfolio by obtaining additional team rights (Atlas, Morelia, Santos and Tijuana) from Azteca America.
TUDN has exclusive digital and TV Spanish-language rights for the 2021 Copa América tournament in the United States. Univision and UniMás will show 26 of the competition’s 28 matches and will provide select pre-game coverage over the course of the tournament. In addition, fans can live-stream games with Univision’s complimentary ad-free streaming service, PrendeTV, which will also host its own daily specialty post-game specialty show on the platform.
PrendeTV can be accessed across a host of devices, including smart TVs, computers, mobiles (Android and iOS), and tablets.
Spanish-language broadcaster Univision will air all three matches from the U.S. women’s national team in the 2021 SheBelieves Cup on its linear network TUDN. TUDN Radio will also provide live commentary, whereas the TUDN app will stream the games live.
